It’s been a little over a month since we launched. While it’s been an exciting journey, I’ve been closely reviewing our performance and realized that we aren't quite hitting the mark yet. To be honest, we aren't satisfied because we feel we haven't provided enough value to you.

We are now committed to a total overhaul to make this service truly helpful. However, we cannot do this in a vacuum. We need your raw, honest feedback to find the right path.
